1. Orders and Payment

a. Orders can be placed for both "Ready to Wear" and "Custom Made" items.

b. Full payment is required for "Ready to Wear" items at the time of purchase.

c. For "Custom Made" items, a non-refundable deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

d. Pre-orders are available for certain items, allowing customers to pay either 50% in advance or the full price at the time of purchase.

2. Pre-Orders

a. Customers may choose to pay a 50% deposit for pre-ordered items, with the remaining balance due before shipping.

b. In case of pre-order cancellations, the 50% deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase.

3. Shipping

a. Shipping costs are specified at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

b. Delivery times vary based on product type, customization requirements, and the availability of pre-ordered items.

4. Returns and Exchanges

a. "Ready to Wear" items are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused and original condition.

b. "Custom Made" items are non-refundable once production has started. Minor adjustments may be accommodated based on mutual agreement.

c. Pre-ordered items are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, following the same conditions as "Ready to Wear" items.

5. Quality Assurance

a. Galiu ensures high-quality craftsmanship in both "Ready to Wear" and "Custom Made" items.

b. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective pre-ordered product, customers must notify Galiu within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

6. Cancellation

a. Orders for "Ready to Wear" items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

b. "Custom Made" orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained.

c. Pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, and the 50% deposit is non-refundable after this period.

7. Intellectual Property

a. All designs, images, and content on the Galiu website are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. Customers may not reproduce or use Galiu's designs for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

8. Privacy Policy

a. Galiu respects customer privacy and protects personal information. The full Privacy Policy can be viewed on the website.

9. Disclaimer

a. Galiu is not responsible for any allergic reactions or discomfort caused by materials used in the products. Customers are advised to review product details for any relevant information.
